  • The lifespan of your Carepod wand or oscillator depends on how often you use your humidifier and how well it’s maintained. Under normal use and gentle care, wands or oscillators typically can last for years.

Using filtered or distilled water, cleaning your Carepod regularly, and handling the wand gently all help extend its lifespan.

If you require a wand replacement, you can visit this link here

  • Yes, Carepod is covered by a One-year Manufacturer’s Warranty, which covers its main body and components, including its water tank, silicone seal, airguard cover, inner lid cover, and power cord.

The white oscillating wand is covered by a Two-year Manufacturer’s Warranty.

  • The best water for your Carepod is always distilled or filtered water.

We recommend against tap water, due to the extreme variations in quality, which may depend drastically on your geographical region.

Please note: Tap water contains impurities and minerals that may leave white dust or particles behind, and impact the quality of hydration, as well as the proper care for your device.

You can also visit this link for more information.

  • There are two ways to clean your premium humidifier – either through gentle handwashing or sterilization.

    1. Remove three parts from your Carepod.

      1. Water tank

      2. Inner lid cover

      3. White wand

    2. Handwash two parts – stainless steel water tank & inner lid cover – gently with dish soap and water. You may also sterilize both parts in boiling water.

    3. Gently wash only the bottom half of the white wand. For extra care, use a soft sponge or a gentle toothbrush. If you wish to sterilize the white wand, you may quickly dip the base into boiling water for 1-2 seconds only.

    4. When washing the white wand, take care to wash only the bottom half. Do not wash the top half, where the wand plugs into the humidifier's inner lid.

    5. Fully dry all parts with a clean towel.

Check out this quick video guide here.

  • If you notice colored spots on your humidifier wand, it may be due to mineral deposits or impurities in the water over time.

Here are the steps we recommend:

    • Clean the white wand at least once a week. Gently wash only the bottom half of the white wand. For extra care, use a soft sponge or a gentle toothbrush.

    • If you wish to sterilize the white wand, you may quickly dip the base into boiling water for 1-2 seconds only.

    • Always use filtered or distilled water. Using tap water may result in impurities or mineral deposits that will negatively affect your wand.

    Watch the care guide here.

  • We recommend placing the Carepod on a table, stool, or elevated surface that’s at least two feet off the floor. This will help the mist circulate properly and keep it from collecting on the floor.

As an additional tip, you can decrease Mist intensity to Low (Level 1).

You can also use the Timer feature to schedule a runtime between 4 to 8 hours based on your preference.

  • If a sanitization cycle is scheduled, the Carepod Cube Plus will automatically start the sanitization process when it reaches a certain low water level.

To schedule it, press and hold the Heater/Sanitize button until you hear a beep.

The left LED will turn solid white, and the right LED will begin blinking red, indicating that the cycle has been successfully scheduled.

Please Note: The water temperature may reach between 158°F - 167°F (70°C - 75°C) during the sanitization cycle. Please use extreme caution if you need to check the water inside the water tank.

View this quick video guide here to learn more about how to use the sanitization feature.

  • At this time, both Carepod Cube Plus and Carepod One Plus feature Night/Dark Mode, which turns off all display lights while keeping alert sounds active.

To turn on Night/Dark mode, tap and hold the button for two (2) seconds.

To end Night/Dark mode, simply tap any button on the humidifier’s control panel.

  • Yes, a gentle dripping sound from your humidifier is completely normal. This is caused by water droplets or condensation falling from the stainless-steel inner lid cover into the water tank. This doesn’t affect performance — your Carepod is working properly.

  • Check three pieces to make sure that they are accurately positioned:

    • Water tank: The lip of the tank is aligned with the lip of Carepod’s main body.

    • Inner lid cover: Fully push the cover into the inner lid, using the white knob in the center.

    • Silicone seal: Press around the edges of the inner lid to make sure this is also fully pushed in.

If you intend to reassemble your Carepod to ensure that all parts are accurately positioned, we’ve prepared a video guide for you.

You can view it by visiting either of these links.
